This blog I wrote in my company blog, since I think it is useful for newbie to learn. So I share the content here.
Recently I am fascinated by the BlueMix.provides a list of runtime environments as containers for different types of applications.Such as Liberty for Java™,NodeJs,Ruby on Rails. If in future it support .Net ,it will be a perfect plartform for developers to develop their application on the plartform.
Today I just want to write some experience of writing and deploying a "HelloWorld" liberty demo for the BlueMix.
Before we write code,we need to install eclipse on the local side and install two plugin based on that.
1.Install liberty plug-in tools in the eclipse
a. Start the Eclipse integrated development environment (IDE) for Java EE
b. Click Help Eclipse Marketplace
c. type websephere
2.Install the BlueMix for Eclipse Kelper Beta or Cloud Foundry Plug-in .
3.After restart the eclipse ,you can add liberty runtime enviroment to your eclipse, choose eclipse menu windows-preference-Server-Runtime Enviorment
You can add liberty , bluemix two runtimes.
Notes:When you define your blueMix server, you can switch different url for that
After finish the setting, you can see your deployed BlueMix project.
